Abstract
Background:
Gentamicin is widespread aminoglycoside antibiotic related to liver and renal toxicity, to evaluate the protective role of the bioactive constituents of Malva parviflora through their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory actions.

Aim:
The aim of the study is to assess the Malva parviflora extract influence on liver and renal toxicity in albino rats’ male result from gentamicin intramuscular injection.

Methods:
Twenty - four albino rats were partitioned arbitrarily into four groups; control group, gentamicin treated group for thirty days, Malva parviflora extract treated group for thirty days and gentamicin and Malva combined treated group. Blood biomarkers were analyzed including ALT, AST, creatinine and oxidative stress biomarker; MDA, GSH and GST as well as evaluation the histopathological alteration in liver and kidney were performed. with p-value ≤ 0.05 is rated as significant statistically.

Results:
Significant increase in ALT, AST and creatinine levels and liver and renal histology exams reveal marked alterations in gentamicin use. These alterations were attenuated by combining Malva parviflora extract and preserving tissue structures and organ’s functions near normal. Malva parviflora reverses the oxidative stress of gentamicin by lowering the concentration of MDA and recovers the levels of GSH and GST that are seen in group treated with gentamicin plus Malva parviflora

Conclusion:
Gentamicin-induced renal and hepatic toxicities can be reduced significantly by Malva parviflora extract and protect organs.

Key words: Malva parviflora; Gentamicin; Hepatotoxicity; Nephrotoxicity; Oxidative stress.
